Solution to system busyness when RDD6584G controller takes photos

Ignativs

During visual debugging of the RDD6584G and RDD6616U control systems, there are always system busy or loading percentage images when taking photos, which are generally caused by the following two issues:

Camera transmission cable issues

1. Poor cable quality or excessive cable length may lead to signal attenuation or data packet loss, preventing stable image data transmission.
2. Loose, oxidized, or poorly connected cable interfaces can cause interruptions, especially when large amounts of data are transmitted instantly.
3. The transmission cable may be subject to strong electrical interference or routed parallel to power lines, resulting in electromagnetic interference that affects image communication stability.
4. Insufficient USB or network port bandwidth, particularly when using high-resolution cameras for continuous image capture, can easily cause data congestion.

Computer hardware and configuration issues

1. A low-performance CPU or excessive background processes consuming system resources can slow down image processing response.
2.  Insufficient memory capacity may result in inadequate cache space, causing the loading progress bar to stall for a long time.
3.  Slow hard drive read/write speeds, especially when using a traditional mechanical hard drive, can lead to noticeable lag when saving or retrieving images.
4.  Incompatible driver versions or a system that has been running for an extended period without restarting may cause abnormal resource usage by the software.
